What will the purchase come up as on PayPal?
Any purchase made on my store will show up as 'HOKKYOKURO' on PayPal.
A digital purchase wants my home address
A home address may be required on a digital purchase. Nothing will be sent to you physically.
My card is declining
If you are from the US, I recommend purchasing through PayPal as the country occasionally declines purchases from sites such as BigCartel, Patreon, Shopify etc.

I do not receive any of your bank information.
- For digital products, you must enter the correct email address to receive your order. If you do not see it, please check your spam box.
- For physical products, the email and home address must be correct in order for me to communicate with you and for you to receive your order. Please double-check the spelling before ordering.

If I find that I can't ship to your country or that the purchase is returned, I'll email you and offer a refund. COVID or returns may cause delays.
