Problems with the digital comics:
Digital files are sent automatically through a third-party app (PulleyApp) made for BigCartel. Sometimes the email gets lost along the way or the link with the comic glitches.
If you have any problem with your purchase, just email me and I'll send you the comics myself! :D
What will the purchase come up as on PayPal?
Any purchase made on my store will show up as 'HOKKYOKURO' on PayPal.
A digital purchase wants my home address
A home address must be entered on all purchases. Nothing will be sent to you physically so any address is fine!
My card is declining
If you are from the US, I recommend purchasing through PayPal as the country occasionally declines purchases from sites such as BigCartel, Patreon, Shopify etc.
PRIVACY/SECURITY
I do not receive any of your bank information.
- For digital products, the only valid information you need is your email address which is where the product is sent. Any home address and name can be used and will have no effect on your order as nothing physical is sent.
- For physical products, the email and home address must be valid in order for me to communicate with you and for you to receive your order.

If I find that I can't ship to your country or that the purchase is returned, I'll email you and offer a refund. COVID or returns may cause delays.
